Shipping Costs and Delivery Timeline:
Please allow up to two business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process and pack your order.
Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, actual delivery times may be delayed.


1. We cannot ship to the following regions: Asia (excluding Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macau), South America (excluding Brazil), Africa, Iceland, and the Armed Forces - Americas/Europe/Africa/Canada/Pacific and Colonies.
2. If a shipment cannot be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances, the Fravita customer service team will contact our customer via email within 48 hours to process a refund.
Duties and Taxes:
For international orders, shipping costs do not include duties and taxes. These charges are levied by your country of shipment and will be required to release the shipment upon customs clearance. If you do not pay duties and taxes on a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, your order will be returned to Fravita.
