Return & Exchange Policy
Free Returns and Exchanges (where applicable):

Guarantee: 14 days after arrival
Please note that we currently do not offer returns after the warranty period.
We offer warranties for various products (see above), and our returns and exchanges are free, meaning we will cover all return costs under warranty.
If the product you received is defective, damaged, missing contents, or not what you expected, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at Support@aiddmy.shop or by calling +1 562-464-9474 to initiate a return or exchange.
1. Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it to be eligible for a return. Items must be in their original packaging.
2. When contacting us, please provide your order number and the product you wish to return.
Return Requirements:
1. Within the guaranteed time period.
2. The following items are not returnable or exchangeable:
1) Original shipping costs
2) e-Gift Cards
3) Purchases from third-party sellers
4) Customer-inflicted loss/damage
3. We do not accept returns without verification.
Note: Original shipping and insurance costs are not refundable.

Please do not send returns to the address listed on the package. This address is not our return address and will affect your return processing.
We will issue a refund within 5 business days of receiving the package. Refunds do not include shipping costs, as the courier has already charged the shipping fee when the package is shipped.
Please leave a note inside the package with your order number so we know when it has been received.
It's extremely important that you send us tracking information after returning your item. We cannot issue a refund without this information.
